Jayne Carey, RDH, President and Founder, Perio Management Consultants, LLC

As an experienced hygiene consultant, Jayne specializes in motivating dental professionals to provide excellence in overall health care, creating a more efficient, productive hygiene department. She believes in getting “back to the basics” of comprehensive care, while using theories that are up-to-date and which use scientific, evidence-based protocols. She helps offices create and implement systems that are reproducible, manageable, and measurable. The end result... assurance of continued success.

In addition to consulting, Jayne has been a practicing dental hygienist for more than 25 years. She has been employed in many different practical situations, from Orthodontics to Periodontics, and has worked with many consultants in advancing her hygiene career. She has trained with Advanced Hygiene Concepts, Perioadvocates, Walter Hailey's “Dental Boot Camp”, “Excellence in Dentistry Seminars”, and “Las Vegas Institute" Laser Training. Jayne is a member of the ADHA, MDHA, NSDHA, and is active in her community school systems promoting good oral health.
